- Outpatient Program (OP)
Facility & Program Features:
- Master level Clinical Director
- Multidisciplinary curriculum, focusing on every aspect of recovery and teaching life skills to assist clients with returning to their day-to-day life
- Individualized care, tailored to the specific needs of each client
- Targeted Case Management for assisting individuals eligible under the state plan in gaining access to needed recovery supports, medical, social, educational, and other services
- Established peer support program. The Peer Specialist Service is a structured and scheduled therapeutic activity with an individual client or group, provided by a trained, self-identified consumer of mental health services
- Registered as an employer for the WIOA worker program, offered by the Kentucky career center
- Parenting classes are offered each week on-site by a state-certified instructor
- GED classes and testing offered on site
- Monthly nutrition classes offered by a registered dietitian
- VBH Kentucky holds both a Behavioral Health Services Organization (BHSO) license as well as an Alcohol and Other Drug Entity (AODE) license
- Located in Frankfort, the capital city of Kentucky, and the hub for governmental assistance programs
Vital Sober Living

Facility Features:
- Clients who participate in our IOP, and OP treatment programs will be eligible for housing through Vital Sober Living.
- Conveniently located steps away from our clinical facility, clients have access to on-campus treatment at times that work for them. Our property is walkable to restaurants, retail, golf course, and a city park with tennis courts, playgrounds, and a water park
- Semi-private living in comfortably furnished apartments with private patios/balconies
- Transportation to local AA/NA meetings provided daily
- Community social nights held weekly on property
- Close relationship with various community resources to assist residents with socioeconomic needs
- Located near public transportation. Bus passes are donated for clients’ use
